The following videos are recordings of public meetings, all or part of which had to do with the Town's approach to complying with the State's MBTA Communties law. The more recent meetings before the Planning Board (starting on February 20, 2024), are public hearings to discuss a proposed Zoning Bylaw amendment and associated Zoning Map amendment to be considered at Annual Town Meeting in May of 2024. Accompanying most of these videos are links to materials presented at the meetings.
