Felicia is the Administrative Assistant for the North Andover Youth and Recreation Services. Felicia’s relationship with the Youth Center began when she signed her daughter and son up for the Summer Fun program. Felicia was blown away by the warmth, dedication and support the counselors showed to all the kids at Summer Fun. Her children are huge fans of the program and the counselors.
Felicia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. After graduation, Felicia worked at a medical marketing agency in Boston for two years. Felicia then moved to the Barnett Institute at Northeastern University and worked there for 9 years. While working at Northeastern, Felicia earned her Graduate Degree in Corporate & Organizational Communications.
In her spare time, Felicia enjoys discovering recipes her kids will eat without complaint, getting lost in a good book, seeing her friends and spending quality time with her family, especially at Newfound Lake, NH.
