The Emergency Management Department is dedicated to preparing and responding to emergencies affecting the Town of North Andover. Please use the left links to learn what you should do before, during, and after specific emergency events.

Smart911The Town of North Andover uses Smart911 to inform and alert residents of issues in the area. The alerts can be sent to all types of phones, including mobile, landline, VOIP, and cable. The North Andover Police and Fire Departments use Smart911 Safety Profiles, a voluntary service that individuals and families may opt into to provide first responders information about individuals with special needs. Learn more and sign up for Smart911 Safety Profiles if you or someone you know wants to provide information to be used by first responders during 911 calls, crises, evacuations, or other incidents requiring an emergency response.
